Should I have assessments for my students?
An assessment plan can be a daunting task, but a consistent measurement of student benchmarks can greatly benefit your students. An appropriate, feasible assessment plan can yield increased funding, improved attendance, and increased capacity to serve diverse learner needs.
We understand that inconsistent attendance from students juggling work, life, and school can place limits on the frequency of testing. However, the Coalition will work with your literacy program to help suggest ways to to develop an intentional plan to set goals and get results. Contact our office to discuss assessment options.
